Private & Group services
Private sessions
Private instruction is beneficial whether you are new to yoga, or deepening your practice. We’ll discuss your goals and skill level to build a practice specific to you. I offer private 1:1 sessions, and small groups with family members and friends.
Sessions are typically 60-75 minutes, and are done virtually.
Practices covered:
Vinyasa yoga - an all-level approach from beginner to more experienced, connecting mind body and breath.
Breathing - techniques and exercises to help guide you into asana practice and meditation.
Meditation - be present with a calm mind and body.
Groups & Corporate
Yoga is proactive way to maintain employee wellness and team harmony. Yoga increases energy, concentration and creativity while providing relief from stress and many physical ailments specific to different types of work.
I can work with your company to provide group, or private 1:1 sessions, built around the goals of the company and specific needs of employees. Sessions can be provided virtually through Zoom or another platform your company uses to livestream.
Services can be based on a session or day rate, or ongoing through a contact.
